"Event details felt a bit vague to me"
I had to click around quite a bit to find the info I needed. Maybe it was there somewhere, but to me it didn’t feel very clear or easy to spot.

"Easy Ticket Buy, But Don’t Mess It Up"
Buying my tickets was smooth. I got them quickly and didn’t run into any weird checkout problems, which I really appreciated. Hopefully it stays that way, because if the process ever gets frustrating or glitchy, I’d probably just use another site next time.

so... I really wanted this to work well, but it just doesn’t feel accessible enough right now. I think it could be made easier for more people to use.

"Updates are decent, but the info can be all over the place"
I use the site here and there to keep up with Morgan State sports, and it’s okay overall. The scores and news usually show up eventually, but some pages feel like they’re a step behind. What’s frustrating is when you’re looking for a clear update and the answers don’t always match up or feel consistent from one section to another. It’s still usable, but I really wish they’d keep the content fresher and make the info more reliable

"Site ran super smooth!!"
The site worked really well for me!! Pages loaded fast, everything felt smooth, and nothing froze up or glitched while I was using it... so yeah, no complaints here!!!

"Pretty good stream, just my luck with the lag"
I watched a Morgan State game stream and it worked well overall. The picture was clear most of the time and the sound was fine, so I can’t complain too much. Of course, with my luck, it would lag a little right when I was trying to follow an important play, but it wasn’t constant or anything. Not perfect, but I’d probably use it again.

"Good selection, but some sizes were gone"
I found most of the gear I was looking for, so overall it was good. Only downside was few sizes were already sold out, which was little frustrating

"Mobile site works, but it’s a little clunky??"
I used Morgan State Bears on my phone to check some scores and schedules, and it got the job done. The info is there, but some pages felt slow to load and the menu was kind of awkward to tap through?? I eventually found what I needed, so it’s not bad, just feels like the mobile experience could be smoother

"Am I Missing Something, or Are the Scores Always Off?"
I don’t know if it’s just me or if I’m expecting too much, but the schedule seems wrong often and the scores don’t update until way later. I keep checking because I assume maybe I read it wrong, but it’s frustrating when the info still isn’t current

I had a quick question about my order and figured I’d be waiting a while, but they replied sooner than I expected. The answer actually made sense too, not one of those generic responses that leaves you guessing. It made the whole process feel a lot smoother.

"Hard to find what I needed"
I had a tough time finding things on the site, especially on my phone. It feels kind of clunky to use, and overall it gave me that feeling like there wasn’t really a real person behind it to help if I got stuck.

"Checkout was kind of a mess"
I tried ordering something from morganstatebears.com, and the checkout pretty much froze right after I entered my payment info. After a minute or so, it told me my card didn’t go through, but then I noticed what looked like a pending charge in my bank app. There wasn’t really a clear error message or anything helpful, so I just gave up. Now I’m basically waiting to see if the charge drops off. Frustrating overall
